Banquet Room Rental Fees

When hiring Gallagher’s Irish Pub to cater an event that will not fit in our regular pub dining room, (12 persons or greater), or for parties that require space or privacy, we incur additional expenses beyond our daily staffing. There is a separate rental fee for the Ballroom as it belongs to the Inn at 2nd & C. Additional charges arise for renting linens, and for setting up, tearing down, and staffing the event. All event dates are reserved directly through the Innat 2nd & C at 444-3344 and any catering requests can be directed to gallghers@suddenlinkmail.com.  We do not provide separate checks on large parties, beyond a single per table check, or a maximum four way split.

Banquet Room Rental Fees:

Includes round or rectangular tables, chairs, linens, banquet buffet tables, table settings, glassware, candles and centerpiece, and labor to staff event for a five hour period maximum 8 people per table

The service charge for Gallaghers which is determined on a case by case basis depending on the needs of each party, is also exclusive of the cost of the food, beverage, alcohol, or tax and gratuity. Arrangements can be made to provide music, with the permission of Thee Inn at @nd & C. at 444-3344.  We do our best to work with your budget and provide you the best service and elegant atmosphere for your event.

Gallagher's Irish Pub is available for catering for events ranging from small groups of 20 to larger groups of 100 or more, for standing cocktail service, buffet, or plate down service. The beautiful ballroom inside the Eagle House Inn maintains an old world charm with gorgeous hardwoods and a one of a kind colorful glass skylight ceiling. A raised stage is perfect for a wedding ceremony, to stage a band,or to perform a play or fashion show.

Meals can be designed to fit any budget. From plates of appetizers and cocktails, to buffet dinners, to full multi-course seated dinners, we can help you design a dinning experience to impress your guests.
